Family Business
Troy K. Hopper, owner and president, entered the instrument field in 1967 after serving in the United States Military. With the knowledge earned from the industry, Troy started Thermo/Probes, Inc. in 1980. Later, the company grew with the help of his daughter, Dana Hopper, and son, Rodney Hopper.
Today, Troy’s grandson, Brandon Moon, continues to design custom temperature solutions and delivers quality products to a variety of industries.

At Thermo/Probes, Inc. we strive to build our customers a quality product with quick delivery. We will handle any emergency need that requires immediate on location assistance.
Though our standard delivery is 2 weeks, our core competency is providing fast service and can provide same day turnaround in certain situations.
We work directly with the customer to design the exact RTD, Thermocouple, Thermometer, and/or Thermowell that will accommodate their needs. Unlike our competitors who strive to sell quantity, we measure our success on customer satisfaction and a quality product.

Thermo/Probes, Inc. built and holds the Patent on an automatic welding machine and has completed a second Patent on an Oil Wicking Seal Fitting. Our goal is not only to design a product that will meet the needs of the customer, but will be designed to save money.
